Conditions or Reasons:
1) The alterations to the access and surfacing of the track would result in an intensification of use of an existing access which provides inadequate driver/driver intervisibility and would lead to condition of danger for all road users resulting in an unacceptable highway safety impact contrary to Section 9 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2023) and Policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
