Conditions or Reasons:
32) No development shall take place until a scheme has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority for the provision of the following:

A reduction in the speed limit to 40 mph on Barton Road between the Barton Road / A6 roundabout (and its associated approaches where necessary) and the start of the existing 40mph limit on Barton Road; and
a controlled pedestrian and bicycle crossing on Barton Road.

The development shall not be occupied until the approved scheme (amended as necessary by the relevant safety and technical review process), has been implemented in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To improve the safety of future occupiers and staff of, and visitors to the development when accessing Silsoe and/or the local bus stop by foot and bicycle.
