Conditions or Reasons:
4) The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved Noise details titled: JSP Consultants Environmental Noise Assessment dated 26 October 2020 and JSP Consultants Acoustic Design Requirements report dated 27 November 2020. The applicant is required to provide a validation report confirming the noise mitigation measures taken for plots 17-24 prior to occupation.

Reason: In order to ensure an appropriate standard of living for future occupiers (HQ1 & CC8 CBLP, Chapter 12 NPPF).
