1) The maximum gradient of the pedestrian crossing point access (opposite southern access) on the western side of Greenway shall be 5% (1 in 20).

Reason: In the interests of the safety of persons using the access crossing point.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:
