Conditions or Reasons:
1) Having regard to the prominent rural character of the application site, and lack of existing street furniture in this location, the proposed 20 metre high monopole and associated cabinets will appear unduly prominent and visually intrusive within the open countryside location. The proposal will result in a harmful visual impact within the open countryside contrary to policies EE5, HQ1 and HQ5 of the adopted CBC Local Plan (2021) and the NPPF (2021).
