Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed agricultural building would be sited within 3 kilometres of the perimeter of an aerodrome (Dunstable Downs Aerodrome Gliding Club) and would be more than 3 metres in height and therefore fails to constitute permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A (A.1) (f) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order, 2015. The applicant is advised that the proposed development would therefore require planning permission.
