Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/02703/DOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Prior to the occupation of Units 14, 15 or 16 on Plot D, a scheme to manage the use of the security gates at the main entrance to the service yard for those units shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding the provision of Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Revoking or re-enacting that Order),  the management of those gates thereby permitted shall be permanently retained and operated in accordance with those details, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority.

Reason: In the interests of the highway safety of the area.
