11) The dwelling on Plot 373 shall not be first occupied until a scheme to relocate the proposed raised table opposite Plot 373 away from the driveway serving that dwelling has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the raised table has been provided in the alternative location in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
