Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing external ATM has been removed and infilled in advance of any planning approval. Due to inappropriate detailing, the works have a harmful impact upon the character, appearance and architectural integrity of the listed building and fails to 'preserve the building' in accordance with the core aims and objectives of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Policy HE3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Chapter 5 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
