Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03117/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The House in Multiple Occupation hereby approved shall be restricted to no more than seven persons with the accommodation provided as shown on the approved floor plans of drawing number CBC.FLOORPLANS.002.

Reason:
To ensure satisfactory living accommodation for future occupiers of the premises and to safeguard the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC.SLP.001, CBC.FLOORPLANS.002, CBC.FRONTELEV.003 and CBC.REARELEV.004.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
