Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03180/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number:

Works to Highway General Arrangement 6067_01 Rev N

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The 2.0m wide footway, pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving, closure and reinstatement of the existing north-east access fronting the land to be developed, and realignment/widening of Mill Lane shall be constructed in accordance with the approved drawing no. Works to Highway General Arrangement 6067_01 Rev N

Reason: To ensure the provision of the associated off-site highway works in the interests of highway safety. (Section 9, NPPF)
3) The surface water drainage scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved under application CB/17/00943/OUT Condition 6, approved 14.08.2018.
Reason: To ensure the approved system will function to a minimum standard of operation and maintenance. (Section 15, NPPF)
4) The surface water drainage scheme maintenance and management plan shall be carried out and maintained in accordance with the details as approved under application CB/17/00943/OUT Condition 7, approved 02.10.2018.
Reason: To ensure that the implementation and long-term operation of a sustainable drainage system (SUDs) is in line with what has been approved (Section 15, NPPF)
