Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
2) Prior to occupation full details of the PV to be provided on each dwelling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and to ensure the development is resilient and adaptable to the impacts arising from climate change in accordance with Policy CC1 of the Local Plan, as well as the NPPF.
