Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months of the date of this permission details of the signage (including its location) for the LAP, LEAP and NEAP shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval.

The signage will be installed within 3 months of the details being approved.

Reason: In the interests of the amenity and safety of future users (HQ1, EE13 CBLP and Chapter 12 NPPF).
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:
