Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03284/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plan number: Royal-Plan-001 Rev: C.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The final decorative finish of the screening timber fencing hereby approved, shall be finished in a dark timber stain to that detailed on plan number: Royal-Plan-001 Rev: C and to be maintained as such thereafter.

Reason: To reduce the visual impact of the structural screening of the installation hereby approved in the safeguarding of the maintained traditional character of this listed
building and in safeguard of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located (Section 16, NPPF).
