Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03395/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the external decorative colour scheme of the buildings for which works are hereby approved shall be maintained as existing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any works of external redecoration, and any such redecoration shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the agreed details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that acceptably maintains the appearance of buildings within the setting of this listed building and to maintain the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the buildings are located (Section 16, NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 4021-B-L1; 4021-B-L2; 4021-B-L3; 4021-B-E1; 4021-B-E2; 4021-B-P1; 4021-B-P2.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
