Conditions or Reasons:
1) No evidence has been presented to demonstrate that the removal of Condition 3 of planning permission CB/20/03923/VOC would not have a significant adverse impact on the residential amenities of occupiers of adjoining properties, by way of noise disturbance which would have a negative impact on the health, living conditions and quality of life for residents. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary to Policies CC8 and HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and Section 15 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2023).
