Conditions or Reasons:
1) The Seating Area hereby approved shall not be used after 2200 Sunday - Thursday and 2300 on Friday and Saturday.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity of neighbouring properties (Section 12, NPPF).
2) All outdoor seating areas will be managed in accordance with the approved 'Garden Management Plan'.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity of neighbouring properties (Section 12, NPPF).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan number: Royal-Plan-003 and supporting document 'Garden Management Plan.'

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
