Conditions or Reasons:
10) No building shall be occupied until details of a highways scheme on Barton Road, to encourage through traffic to use Goswell End Road rather than travel through the centre of Harlington, have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The approved highways scheme for Barton Road shall be implemented in full, in full accordance with the approved details, amended as necessary by the technical and safety audit process, and opened to traffic prior to occupation of the 69th dwelling.

Reason:
To assist with mitigating the impacts of the development hereby approved on the local highway network.
