Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03622/TDM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The compound fencing surrounding the telecommunications development shall have a green colour finish.

Reason: To minimise and soften the visual impact of the installation in the interest of the visual amenity of the surrounding area.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 100A, 200B, 201B, 300B, 301B, 400A and 401A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
