Conditions or Reasons:
2) Prior to the commencement of development, details of the following shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:

A licence issued by Natural England authorising the specified activity/development to go ahead; or
A statement in writing from the relevant licensing body to the effect that it does not consider that the specified activity/development will require a licence.

Reason: To ensure that the development would not adversely impact upon protected species, in accordance with Policy EE2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
