Conditions or Reasons:

33) No dwelling shall be occupied until a Footpath Scheme has been submitted to and approved in writing by Central Bedfordshire Council to include:

the design of access for Public Footpath nos.4 and 23 and any other proposed public rights of way routes (to include landscaping, widths and surfacing).
proposals for the diversion of Public Footpath nos.4 and 23 and any other public rights of way (where necessary).
any proposals for the temporary closure and alternative route provision (where necessary on health and safety grounds) of Public Footpath nos.4 and 23 and any other affected public right of way during site clearance/construction.

The public right of way scheme submitted should be in accordance with the approved ROW Standards and Guidance. The development will be completed in full accordance with the approved details and shall be retained thereafter.
