Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03681/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials as shown on drg P02.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

2) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: P01 Site location plan, P01 Proposed block plan, P02 Proposed floorplans & elevations.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
