Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03792/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority, within 3 months of the date of this permission, the weather shelter hereby approved shall be amended to accord with the approved plan number RM 21/033.2B.

Reason: To maintain adequate pedestrian/driver intervisibility and driver/driver intervisibility at the highway junction in the interests of the safety of all highway users (Local Plan Policies HQ1 and T2, Sections 9 and 12 of the NPPF)
2) The weather shelter hereby approved shall not be used after the hours of 10pm on Sundays to Thursdays, including Bank Holidays, and 11pm on Fridays to Saturdays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number RM 21/033.2B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
