Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/03802/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The developer hoarding hereby approved shall be retained for a period of 3 years from the date of the decision notice, unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its retention. After this period the developer hoarding (including all supporting posts) shall be removed from the site.

Reason: In the interest of safeguarding the character and appearance of the area. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:
119284-CDP-AZ-XX-DR-A-2501-P4 (Site Location Plan)
119284-CDP-AZ-XX-DR-A-2502-P3 (Hoarding Block Plan)
119824-CDP-AZ-CC-DR-A-2503-P3 (Hoarding Elevations)

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
