Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the changes of use permitted within Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the development hereby approved shall only be used as a ???? within Class ?. the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) only, and for no other purpose.

Reason: To exclude the provisions of the said Use Classes Order and thereby ensure the Local Planning Authority retains full control of the future use of the land/building(s) in view of the special circumstances of the case.
