3) Within 3 months of the date of the issue of this decision a scheme for improvements to the farm track hereby permitted shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing. The approved improvements shall be carried out within 6 months of the approval in writing.

Reason: To limit the impact of the proposal on the Green Belt.
