Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed dormer windows proposed on the front and rear facing roof slope of the garage would, because of its bulk, scale and unsympathetic design, be out of character with the existing dwelling, garage and other similar properties in the locality harmful to the visual amenities of the streetscene. As such, the proposed development would be in contrary to Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, Caddington and Slip End 2016-2031 Neighbourhood Plan, Section 12 of the NPPF and Section 11 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
