Conditions or Reasons:
23) Prior to the commencement of Phase 1 of National Grid's construction works, as set out paragraph 3.3 of the approved UK Power Networks CTMP (and any approved addendum), a scheme detailing matters such as the route, timing, associated traffic management, escort, temporary infrastructure works (e.g. street furniture removal or additional carriageway width, road protection measures) etc. required to accommodate the abnormal load vehicles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be adhered to by all abnormal loads accessing the site.

Reason: In the interest of road safety and the efficient operation of the highway network for all road users, in accordance with Policy HQ1 of the adopted Local Plan and the NPPF.
