Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00036/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed creation of a dropped kerb and change of use of amenity land, due to the location and design, would cause harm to the character and appearance of the area and would urbanise the verge and introduce incongruous development in this location. Consequently, the proposal would significantly diminish the contribution that the verge makes to the setting. The development is considered to be contrary to policies HQ1, HQ10 and EE5 of the adopted Local Plan and fail to satisfy the aims of Section 12 of the NPPF.
