Conditions or Reasons:
4) All new doors and windows shall be timber and detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 of all new doors and windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of the character, appearance and historical significance of the Grade II Listed Building.
