Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00075/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to those detailed on plan numbers: L019_PL_1100, L019_PL_1200.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality (Section 12, NPPF).
2) Noise resulting from the use of any plant, machinery or equipment in or on the extended premises shall not shall not exceed the existing background level when measured or calculated according to BS4142:2014

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers (CBLP: Policy HQ1).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: L019_PL_0001, L019_PL_0002, L019_PL_0100, L019_PL_0200, L019_PL_1100, L019_PL_1200, L019_PL_2100, L019_PL_2200.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
