Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00150/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted, any works of 'making good' required either during the implementation of the installations hereby approved or in any future installation removal or replacement, shall be undertaken with materials and in a manner which are strictly compatible with the existing traditional constructional detailing and character of the buildings, close-matching with existing materials to be retained as appropriate.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic character, integrity and detailing of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:
