Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00325/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The retention of the outbuilding by reason of its siting, size and design in a prominent location at the far northern end of the site would be against the grain of development, and will result in an unacceptable incursion into the open countryside and harmful impact on the character and appearance of the rural landscape. The proposal is therefore contrary to the objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework (2023) which seeks to protect and enhance the natural, built and historic environment and policies HQ1, HQ8 (High Quality Development), SP7 (Windfall Development) of the Adopted Local Plan (2021) and NP5 of the Adopted Northill Neighbourhood Plan.
