Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00357/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted in the application, and unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any installation on site, the replacement window hereby approved shall be of timber construction, incorporating single-glazed, side-hinged casement sections, with the glazing held within a glazing bar frame of the same configuration as existing, and installed to maintain the same depth of reveal as existing and decoratively finished in the same colour as existing.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character and detailing of this listed building in all respects, and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located (Section 16, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC01; CBC02; 119/01A
