Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: A105 rev 1, A106 rev 1 and A106 rev 2.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling and not as an annexe to 40a Baldock Road or as a self contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.
