Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00496/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The commercial flue, its ducting and surrounding enclosure, required to facilitate the conversion of a bank to a restaurant as explored with the associated planning application, planning reference: CB/24/00495/FULL has not been found acceptable, and therefore the Listed Building planning application is not required and would therefore carry no purpose. In any event the identified public benefits of bringing the building back into use, would not outweigh the identified low level harm and the harm to the character and appearance of the area in conflict with para 208 of the NPPF (2023).
