1) The proposed development, if permitted, would result in the creation of a parking space which makes no provision for adequate driver/driver intervisibility or driver/pedestrian intervisibility and will lead to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property.Therefore, the proposal is considered to be in contrary with Policies T2 and T3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021), Parking Standards for New Developments (August 2023) and Section 12 of the NPPF.
