Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/00805/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to the first use of the premises as an Office (Use Class E(g)(ii)) secure and covered cycle storage shall be provided for 2 or more bicycles.

Reason: To assist with securing a modal shift towards sustainable forms of transport, and in accordance with Policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2021.
3) No vehicles (excluding bicycles) shall wait or park within the site at any time.

Reason: In the interest of highway safety, in accordance with Policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2021.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number OAKPL-01VOC Rev A

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
