Conditions or Reasons:
19) The internal footpath, providing connection to Footpath 22 that leads from the site between Nos.17 & 19 Pilgrims Close, shall be hard surfaced and lit in accordance with a footpath scheme to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority prior to first occupation. The scheme shall be delivered in full, in full accordance with the approved scheme prior to the footpath being brought into use and no later than 75% of occupations.

In the interest of pedestrian safety and encouraging sustainable modes of travel.
27) Detail of any external lighting should be provided to the Local Planning Authority to be approved in conjunction with Network Rail.
Reason: The safety, operational needs and integrity of the railway
