Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01003/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans/document, numbers:

Design and Access Statement

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of installation, the externally sited VRV Condenser Units and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Units hereby approved shall be given a painted finish, which shall match the colour finish of the wall fabric background against which the Units are to be installed, and which shall be fully maintained as such thereafter.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic character, detailing and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
4) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application a written specification for the method of pipework insertion through the existing basement window (basement area south) shown on Drawing C230802/SKM/10B-4 Rev. 05 in respect of proposed
VRV Condenser (Cond) Units 1/4 and 2/4, including any required fixings and 'making good' in respect of existing fabric, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to any undertaking of the pipework
insertion on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic character, detailing and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
5) Prior to installation of the CCTV, fire detection equipment and audio visual equipment, full details of the CCTV, fire detection and audio visual equipment shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The equipment shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic character, detailing and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
6) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any works of internal and external 'making good', including brickwork, stonework, timberwork, plasterwork, the use of mortars, renders and decorative finishes, required as a result of implementation of the works hereby approved shall be undertaken with materials and in a manner which are strictly compatible with, and fully maintaining, the traditional constructional detailing and character of the building, close-matching with existing materials as appropriate.

7) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, in advance of installation of the VRV Fan Coil Units within the Chapel and Churchill Room, full details of the joinery and means of enclosure of the VRV Fan Coil units, as shown on drawings C230802/SKM/100-2 Rev. 03 Ground Floor (Sht 2 of 4) and C230802/SKM/100-1 Ground Floor (Sht 1 of 4), respectively, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to undertaking the installation of the VRV Fan Coil Units, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic fabric and character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
