Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01019/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those specified on drawing numbers CBC.001 and CBC.002.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 22.100/001 Rev A, 22.100/010 Rev C, 22.100/011 Rev C, 22.100/012 Rev C, CBC.001, CBC.002, 22.100/017 Rev B, 22.100/018 Rev C.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
