1) The floodlights hereby permitted shall not be illuminated after 22:30, Monday to Saturday and at no time on Sundays and Public Holidays

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers (CBLP: Policy HQ1).
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: BRFC S1, BRFC S2, BRFC S3, CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003, CBC-004.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
