Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01640/PAAC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Development under Class R of the type described in paragraph R.3(1)(b) must begin within a period of 3 years starting with the prior approval date.

Reason: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 3, Class R of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) Unless otherwise agreed in writing the refurbished building shall include features to make it resilient to flooding, including raised electrical circuitry in full conformity with the mitigation measures set out in the submitted Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) (Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd, 21072-FRA-01).

Reason: To increase the resilience of the building and activities to localised Flood Risk.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers; 574-01, 574-03, 574-04, 574-10C, 574- 11C, 574-12-C.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
