Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC.SLP.001, CBC.BP.002, CBC.BP.003, D001-01-2024-02 and D001-01-2024-04.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
2) The building hereby approved shall only be used for agricultural purposes and for no other purpose.

Reason: To prevent an inappropriate form of development in the Green Belt.
