Conditions or Reasons:
14) Prior to any above ground works, a scheme based on the findings within Soil Investigation and Management Strategy April 2020 identifying the locations of removed, moved or altered soil shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all works shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme prior to the first use of the building hereby approved.

Reason: To ensure satisfactory soil management in the interest of visual amenity and drainage.
