Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01704/AG
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The applicant has failed to demonstrate that the development (extension to a building) is reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within the agricultural unit. As such the development would fail to constitute permitted development under Part 6, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 2015 as amended. The applicant is advised that the proposed development would therefore require an application for planning permission
