19) To ensure that the scheme is built to standards sets out in the proposals set out in the Energy and Sustainability Statement, dated February 2021, a Post-construction Verification Report must be submitted prior to the occupation.

Reason: In order to ensure sustainability of the development and to minimise development's impact on climate, in accordance with Policy CC1 of the CBLP and the NPPF.
