Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01792/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed increase in ridge height by reason of its massing and scale would be harmful to the openness and visual amenity of the South Bedfordshire Green Belt. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary with Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, Section 11 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and Section 13 of the NPPF.
2) Insufficient ecological information has been provided with this application to evidence the protection and/ or enhancement of species, habitats and biodiversity at the application site. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary with Policy EE2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Section 15 of the NPPF.
