Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/01893/PAEM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall commence until a scheme for protecting the proposed dwellings from noise arising from commercial sources has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be supported and informed by an appropriate noise impact assessment carried out in accordance with relevant technical standards. None of the dwellings shall be occupied until such a scheme has been implemented in accordance with the approved details and it shall be retained in accordance with those details thereafter.
Reason: To protect the amenity of future occupiers of the dwelling.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers QR.7.PR.01 REV A, QP.7.LP, QP.7.BP, QP.7.EX.01, 7QW.EX.102, 7QW.EX.103, 7QW.PR.104.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
