2) Prior to the occupation of the classroom unit hereby approved, details of screening of the relocated bin storage area shall be submitted and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. Details of the screening shall include the material type, colour, height and location. The approved screening shall then be erected and retained in place in perpetuity prior to the occupation of the approved classroom unit.

Reason
To create a high quality development (Policy HQ1 of the CBC Local Plan).
